Water Damage in Grosse Pointe Park, MI Home

This water damage was a result of a broken pipe in the main floor bathroom which mostly affected main floor master bedroom. Since it was clean water the homeowners insisted on keeping their carpet if we could dry it out - hence the pre-existing stains. 

Our SERVPRO of Rochester technicians worked diligently to dry out the carpet and carpet pad so the homeowners would get their wish of keeping the carpeting. We then deep cleaned the carpets and deodorized it to ensure no residual smell would be left behind. 

The homeowners were extremely happy with the result and the fact that they would not have to replace their carpeting.
