Mold under the carpet in a commercial office building

A commercial building in Southfield, MI experienced an entire first-floor water loss in which the carpeting and carpet pad was affected. Since the loss was undetected over the weekend, mold growth was present. 

Our SERVPRO of Rochester technicians had to remove all carpeting and carpet pad and then finish off with anti-microbial to prevent any further growth and remove any health hazard.
