Toilet Overflow Causes Damage to Rochester Hills Home

Drywall ceiling falls after toilet overflows in the upstairs bathroom

SERVPRO of Rochester received an emergency call for water damage.  The toilet overflow in the half bathroom caused two levels in her home to have water damage.  The water ran down a hallway and bedroom on the main level and into the basement affecting her furnace room, hallway, closet, and bathroom.

James Howard, our production manager received a letter in the mail from a satisfied customer, wishing him a nice holiday.  This is what she wrote:  

Thank you so much for comforting me when I was so upset about our "toilet overflow".  I was hysterical!! I've really settled down, and everything looks like "it never even happened". The workers did a good job of putting everything back together again, but it was a very stressful fall.
